However, because there are countless configurations of devices, operating systems, and network environments, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility. Please take advantage of any free trial we may offer or ensure you understand the technical requirements of ErsatzTV before purchasing.

3. Service Interruption

While we aim for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Refunds will not be issued for temporary service interruptions, bugs, or downtime.

4. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will retain access to the Service until the period ends.

5. Exceptions

In the rare event that we need to discontinue the Service entirely, we may, at our sole discretion, provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company after purchasing a non-refundable service, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately and permanently ban you from future use of our Service.
